HOUSE THAT

I'm a property expert - is NOW the time to buy as house prices go up?

To top it off, the moggy who currently lives there has no interest in moving and will come with the home in Littlebeck, near Whitby, North Yorkshire.

The property listing on Rightmove says: “The property also could come with a cat as the residing one would like to stay if possible.”

One house hunter – called Sally – said the house is “possibly the most witchy house I’ve ever seen on Rightmove”.

“I love it. The spite is an added bonus,” she said.

And if the house couldn’t be more fit for a witch, agents Jackson Property Service who are flogging the home said a nearby nature reserve is home to bats.

The listing went on: “Set in manageable gardens but with extra land to the side there are a variety of outbuildings for garaging/ storage/chickens/and an old pigsty which can be converted.

“It is located close to a protected nature reserve so there is wildlife in abundance including bats to add to the atmospheric feel.
