The idea is to take a 24-hour rest from our devices.

FLAVOURTHE MOMENT: With so many recipes available instantly online, many old cook books are gathering dust on the shelf at home. Time to dust them off and find a long-forgotten favourite. Make a mess and savour the flavour.
